Testing Standards
Automotive PCB assemblies must operate flawlessly under extreme conditions, like heat, vibration, moisture, and electrical stress. Our process includes:
- IPC-A-610 Class II & III – We build to industry-recognized acceptability standards for solder joints, component placement, and cleanliness — Class III when reliability is non-negotiable.
- Automated Optical Inspection (3D AOI) – Captures micron-level defects in solder joints and component alignment early in the process.
- Flying Probe Testing – If you have a need to perform a board level test, Ninja offers several options for Flying Probe Testing. The fixtureless format allows you to by-pass expensive tooling costs and test your prototype assembly with minimal investment.
- X-Ray Inspection. X-Ray allows us to inspect and ensure bottom termination components are soldered correctly.
