We're Experienced in Building Automotive PCB Assemblies

Every vehicle on the road depends on electronic systems, such as control units, sensors, and interfaces that define modern automotive performance. And all of these components have to work under motion, heat, and constant vibration. At Ninja Circuits, we build prototypes for the engineers designing those systems. Our focus is consistency, repeatable quality, and turnaround that supports fast development cycles. Each board we build helps test systems that control engines, power electric vehicles, manage driver assistance, and connect drivers to data. With more than 30 years of experience, IPC-certified technicians, and process controls built for traceability and precision, we deliver small-batch prototypes that perform dependably in demanding automotive environments.

Automotive PCBA Applications We Support

Engine Controls

We assemble prototypes that help engineers validate timing, fuel management, and emission control systems before integration.

Infotainment Systems

Boards for navigation, connectivity, and user interfaces rely on clean signal paths and EMI control. Our builds support testing for clarity, responsiveness, and stability.

ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems)

Safety-critical circuits require consistent assembly for reliable sensor fusion and signal processing. We build precise prototypes for radar, lidar, and camera integration.

EV Systems

Battery management, charging, and inverter control boards demand thermal efficiency and durability. Our assemblies help you evaluate performance under real load conditions.

Testing Standards That Match Automotive Demands

Automotive prototypes must endure more than lab conditions. We use 3D automated optical inspection to confirm solder integrity, X-ray imaging for BGAs and leadless components, and microscope-level checks for every placement. Electrical continuity and isolation are validated with flying probe or fixture-based testing. Assemblies can be produced to IPC-A-610 Class II or III, finished with conformal coating, labeling, and serialization for traceability. These steps ensure that your prototype behaves reliably across temperature extremes, vibration, and noise before full-scale testing.
