What is the difference between turnkey and consignment assembly?
With turnkey, Ninja sources and provides everything, including all components and bare boards, so you simply hand over your files and we handle the rest. With consignment, you supply some or all of the materials yourself. A hybrid option is also available, which is common when customers hold long-lead-time parts they've already secured and want Ninja to source everything else.
What quantities do you typically handle for turnkey builds?
Most turnkey orders fall in the range of 10 to 200 pieces, though we can accommodate larger quantities depending on the project. If your needs fall outside that range, reach out and we'll work out what makes sense.
What happens if I already have some components but not all of them?
That's exactly what the hybrid consignment option is for. You supply what you have, we source the rest. It's a practical approach when you've already locked in certain parts or are working around availability constraints.
How does Ninja ensure the quality of sourced components?
We work exclusively with qualified suppliers and manage the entire procurement process in-house. Components go through our standard receiving and inspection process before they ever reach the assembly line.
Can turnkey assembly be done on a quick-turn timeline?
