TURNAROUND TIME
- Ninja Circuits handles the entire sourcing process, ensuring quality parts from trusted suppliers.
- Ability to tailor the assembly process to your specific needs, including part selection and design adjustments.
- End-to-end inventory and component management, including handling of long-lead-time parts.
- Gerber Files/ODB++: These are the standard file format used for PCB manufacturing. They define the physical layout of the PCB, including copper layers, drill holes, and other important details.
- Bill of Materials (BOM): This file lists all the components required for assembly, including part numbers, manufacturers, and quantities.
- Assembly Drawing (if available): This file outlines the design and mechanical aspects of the PCB, helping to ensure proper component placement and orientation.
- Test Specifications (if any): Any specific testing requirements or guidelines for quality assurance and functional testing during the production process.
- Schematic Diagrams (optional): These help ensure that the circuit functions as intended and can provide troubleshooting details in case issues arise.
- Fast and reliable turnaround include: 24-48 hours, 5-10 business days.
- *After receipt of last part*
- Rigorous testing and inspection throughout the process, ensuring your product meets all specifications.
Benefits of smt PCB Assembly
- Surface Mount Technology (SMT) can place and secure:
- Passive components
- Transistors and diodes
- Integrated circuits
- SMT at Ninja Circuits includes Ball Grid Array (BGA) placement application.
- SMT assembly manufacturing allows for precise placement of components.
- SMT assembly can be precisely inspected 100% with our 3D automated optical inspection machines (AOI).
- Bottom terminated components (BGA) are 100% x-rayed with our lab-grade X-ray inspection machine.
Bareboard considerations for SMT PCB ASSEMBLY
- Ninja Circuits uses only qualified domestic board suppliers to ensure speed and accuracy.
- An important consideration in SMT assembly is the type of board for component placement.
- Ninja Circuits can place components on:
- Rigid boards
- Flex boards
- Combination rigid-flex style boards
- Flex PCB assembly allows components to be placed on flexible circuit boards, ideal for:
- Smaller locations
- Products requiring a bend in the circuitry
- At Ninja Circuits, we provide the solution to your
custom prototype needs.
THE NINJA WAY
Ninja Circuits is a flexible, fast, and skilled pcb assembly manufacturer dedicated to developing the best and quickest pcb assembly prototypes in the USA. We offer exceptionally fast pcb assembly prototypes to engineers and innovators developing new products to improve and enhance our lives and the world we live in. Ninja Circuits is proud to be based in the USA. Being located in the USA allows Ninja Circuits to provide excellent communication, on time delivery, quick turn PCB assembly, and responsive customer service.

flexible
Flexibility is our strength. No two customers are alike. Ninja will tailor our services to your needs to provide you with the desired outcome for your project.

fast
Ninja Circuits knows that the culmination of your project design is a working prototype. Waiting weeks or months for validation is not only frustrating but impedes schedules and time to market and is unacceptable. Ninja can provide you a quality product in as short amount of time possible.

SKILLED
Our personnel are trained with skills on par with anyone in the EMS industry. A poorly assembled product is a failure. Ninja delivers fast AND quality products every day and will ensure your project needs are met.
OUR certifications
Ninja Circuits is committed to providing quality to customers. Certifications, training, and experience are what we take pride in at every step of the way for every project.
WHAT OUR CUSTOMERS SAY
We appreciated the quick and creative response you provided in building this product. I was concerned about the robustness of this assembly, but you found a solution that secured the components in the box sufficiently.

SMT & BGA Assembly FAQs
What types of components can be placed with SMT assembly?
SMT placement at Ninja covers passive components, transistors, diodes, and integrated circuits, including fine-pitch and high-density packages. BGA placement is also included as part of our SMT service, so you don't need to go elsewhere for more complex component types.
How do you verify BGA solder joints that can't be seen visually?
Every BGA and bottom-terminated component is inspected using our lab-grade X-ray machine, which gives us a clear view of solder joint quality beneath the package. This is in addition to the 3D automated optical inspection we run on all SMT assemblies.
Can you assemble SMT components on flex or rigid-flex boards?
Yes. We work with rigid, flex, and rigid-flex board types. Flex PCB assembly is well suited for designs that need to fit into tight spaces or require the board to bend as part of the final product configuration.
What soldering process do you use for SMT assembly?
We use vapor-phase reflow soldering, which provides precise, uniform heat distribution across the board. This method meets IPC-A-610 requirements and is particularly well suited for complex or densely populated boards where consistent results matter.
Do you source SMT components, or do I need to supply them?
Ninja handles full component sourcing through qualified suppliers, including long-lead-time parts. If you prefer to supply your own components or do a partial consignment, we can work with that arrangement as well.
